The company was founded in July 1989 to provide freight forwarding services to a large group of UK general haulage, warehousing and parcel distribution companies.

In March 1992 the Company was purchased from that group by its management and is totally independent. In September 2001 the Birmingham head office moved to its existing premises which comprises of a 2 acre site wholly owned by the company.

In June 2003 the Company became a member of the Palletways overnight UK distribution network.

The company is profitable and the current sales turnover is approximately £8 million and 100,000 consignments per annum are handled.
